Elliott Smith

Elliott Smith is an experienced attorney for title insurance underwriting, real estate closings, development and permitting.  Formally a member of Lipscomb & Johnson law firm in Cumming, Elliott has been in private law practice for over 20 years. While attending Georgia State University College of Law Elliott worked as Assistant to a Bankruptcy Trustee managing bankruptcy cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia.  Elliott also held a summer internship with Alston & Bird law firm in Atlanta.  Prior to attending law school Elliott was employed by Sutherland, Asbill, & Brennan law firm in Atlanta. Elliott is a graduate of Woodward Academy Class of 1991, University of Georgia, Athens, GA, Bachelor of Arts, 1995, Political Science and Georgia State University College of Law, Atlanta, GA, J.D., 2000. Elliott is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia, a member of the Real Property Law Section, a Notary Public for Forsyth County and currently resides in Cumming, Georgia.
